You must have at least one Business Premium Office 365 account to be eligible for HIPAA compliant email.

- If you don't have a Business Premium account, and need to upgrade, read more about the Office 365 plans.
- If you have already set up HIPAA compliance for your Office 365 email, then all additional mailboxes that you add will also be HIPAA-compliant.
After signing the Business Associate Agreement (BAA), the mailboxes you add are automatically HIPAA-compliant.
